525 IX front shocks

Trying to get some front shocks for my 525 ix ,tried Euro GSF local guys no luck anyone know were i could get some from.

do ECP or GSF not sell them anywhere ata, or is it just in your area? if so, i could ask down here tomorrow if you like

The front suspension on the iX is unique to that model...including the strut...
AFAIK, there is no aftermarket replacement strut for the iX...They are (allegedly) sealed units, too, without any insert listed....
Main dealer only, I'm afraid...approx £300 per side!!

The above is why these cars are as desireable as bum cancer. Your only hope with this one ata is that we have a really cold nasty winter !

if the car is a breaker because of this, then I may know someone who would give you a few shekels for it...assuming the engine and 4wd bits are serviceable
