Anyone know where these are available to buy?
Currently using some of those universal things that are shite and cause wheel wobble
I do have a nice off cut of 3mm ally that I could put a template on and get drilled out to the correct PCD and centrebore but obviously id still need plastic spigot rings which hubcentric would enable me to get rid of.

I don't think it's possible to get hubcentric spacers that thin. I believe about 10 or 12mm is the thinnest.

The spacer needs to be thicker than the existing spigot is deep, or you won't have enough material to machine the new spigot on the front of the spacer. This is assuming the centre of the wheels are the same 57.1mm centre bore as standard. If you have a larger centre bore, you can make quite thin hubcentric spacers.

Although not hubcentric KeriWMS on here does 3mm spacers that have exactly the right centre bore and are a perfect fit so you don't have the issue of trying to get it it centralised like the poxy universal ones. There is more than enough of the hub to fit the wheels so you don't need hubcentric.

I bought some of these to go with my 4 pour pot calipers I purchased and they're great. Think they were only about £20 as well but don't quote me.

We do indeed do nice flat centred spacers, but they are 2.0mm and locate off the same part of the hub as the disc does - not the part the wheel does. So they are only located nicely if you are running discs with a thinner mounting flange than OEM (like the 280x22 ones for instance).

Hope that makes sense! :D

if you struggle with the rim to sit on the hub when using thin spacers, you need hub EXTENDERS. They are replacing the dust cap on the wheel bearing and extend the length of the lip. Imagine a piece of round bar same diameter than the centre lip inserted where the dust cap usually sits.

TURNER in the US sells them for the M3 and I haven't seen any for the E30 hub. Maybe Keri can make some as a new product??

If you can use a lathe you can make them yourself. Buy a short piece of round alli stock on EBAY. Plenty of sellers for this sort of stuff.

I've thought about these on and off (extenders) - I heard that the germans HATE them for some reason!

I was looking into it ages ago but gave up. When measuring
different wheel hubs to get an idea for manufacturing tolerances I found NO consistency between different wheel bearing brands.
What would be a snug fit on Manufacturer A would fall out easy on Manufacturer B etc etc.

It's not a problem with the springy metal dust cover.

And not in real need for some myself and the product available at fairly good price already elsewhere I didn't fancy making something which doesn't perform to my high standards.

(haven't recieved them yet) they say they are 57.1 centre bore 4x100 and 3mm thick so that could be what your looking for?

i've used 5mm dedicated spacers on 5x120 hub, there's enough meat left on the centre f the hub to locate the wheel. so 3mm should be ok.
