That could be either a Sparco 368 (380mm diameter, 65mm dish) or the 345 (350mm diameter, 63mm dish).

So either 350mm or 380mm outside diameter.

Probably 350mm. It's not a NASCAR where you have to get 'hard on the wheel'!
