black edging trim around windows

I just brought a new 325i unfortunatly it has the yukky silver trim around the windows, my old one which im using as a donner car has the black edging.

How easy is it replace the silver with black, does it just pull off and clip back on?

maybe easier to paint your chrome trim, the trim does come off but its very fiddly and you will need some new clips for fitting back on.

Thanx for that, luckly i only have to romove parts A B C E & H So shouldnt be to much of a pain to do (famous last words)
