1. Can anyone tell me if you need to remove the intake manifold to get to the TPS on an M20 (I did on my M40 and didn't know if the same applies)?
2. How easy is it to fit the seal that sits between the hood compartment cover and the body if the car (stops water entering the roof compartment?)

2. easy - if you mean the seal that has L-shaped ends, and runs across the back from one side of the car to the other; I bought a new one and fitted it in minutes. Rub in some silicone grease and you could use the car as a Schwimmwagen.
