Anybody have one at home in the workshop, or can access one at work? Something like an exhaust machine would be perfect, to stick a couple of bends in some 2" stainless.

What I do if you cannot take the vehicle is.

Go to b&q and buy some flexi extract duct 2".

fit it to your car in position.

fill it with expanding foam as a template and take it to power flow.

I hope this helps.

Some good ideas there thanks chaps. I need to make up a manifold to fit bike carbs to an M42, running through the options.
