Difficult to tell as the end where there is most likely to be bodgery is at the other end where the C101 connector is. The loom can be taken out of the E36 cover shown there and tidied up behind an E30 4pot loom cover on the bulkhead.
I can't see if properly, but the brake fluid reservoir doesn't look like an E30 one, but that's no drama I guess.
Fitting an E36 328i rad with the integral expansion chamber would get rid of the M20 expansion tank over near the air box, would probably help it run cooler too.
Exhaust manifolds look like the stock 325 M50 ones, which are cast iron rather than the tubular steel M52 ones usually used, nothing wrong with using them, but I'd check the welding to the downpipes is acceptable.
