M TECH 2 front bumper help

I just bought the clamps marked 3 on the ETK diagram.

I have the upper and lower bumper pieces but can't see where these clips are ment to fit into?? Is it something to do with that long piece marked 11??

Daz,

Item 11 is the drilling jig that shows where to drill the holes for the clips (item 3).

You need to drill the holes before you can fit the clips.
