Noticed that a few people have fitted a volvo splitter on their E30's (one was a 740 splitter), I was wondering if the 440 splitters are any good?
Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere...

Only know of the 740 and 940 splitter fitting. Don't think anyone has a 440 splitter.

Why not see if it fits? Mount it upto the front bumper and check :)

Thanks :)
I want to make the front look a bit lower without lowering it or the cost of a m-tech valance
I`ll have a look round the tat yards and see what i can find.
Looks a bit alpina ish, i`ll offer one up and see what it looks like in the flesh. :)

They are fitted upside down or right way round (whichever) on the Volvo, 740 or 940. Not sure on which years they come from.

Yep, you just need to cut about an inch off each corner as they are a tad too long. Then dill some holes in the valence and splitter and use self-tapper screws and job done :)

piece of piss, i knocked out all the clips that hold the original spliter on so youve got loads of holes ready in the front valance, then i cut off the mountings of the spliter as you dont need them, then just held it up to the car, drilled a hole and cable tied it, and repeat all the way along.
