Just swopping doors on to my 320i - the Haynes book tells you too remove the hinge-to-door nuts to remove door - this is unneccessary, and will in all probability b**ger the door alignment. Remove the circlip from the bottom hinge pin, and remove the bolt from underneath the top hinge pin and hey presto! - off comes the door. I refitted the donor door like this and the fit is spot-on. The Bentley book details all this, but not the Haynes. Door re-alignment can be a right s*d, especially on your own, so hopefully this might save someone some grief! :)
