I am planning to put to turbos to my car. what do i need to do, also what about the cooling?

jesus if you don't know what you are doing don't attempt it i know !!!! it as i have one and it can be alot of heart ache

take the bonnet off , intercooler from a CAT dumper truck and the bigest fcuk off rad you can fit in there should do the job

have a look at the soarer engine setup, mine is the 2.5 twin turbo model, that would give you an idea
