door seals replace how-to?

Recently I noticed that my door rubber seals are shot, worn out and knackered so I bought new ones.
Now I don't know hot to replace them...
I found a picture which shows what rubber parts I need to replace so any advice is helpful

I thought it can be done without removing any clips or I was wrong?
