When my car gets to about 3000 revs it starts to juder and won't really rev any further, but this only happens when there is 4 or 5 of us in the car?

Could be a massive variety of things, but does anything spring to anyone's mind?

Really am struggling to work out what it is. :(

Done a search, could it be the dizzy cap, or the plugs need replacing?

It's the massive powa of the M10 complaining about your overwieght mates, boot them out and find a skinny young lady instead!
Could easily be H/T related(extra load making the engine work harder, poor spark not letting it work harder)so even elderly H/T leads could be suspected.
Youth is wasted on the young.

I was thinking maybe a full service may help it out with spark plugs, leads, dizzy, oil etc.....

It probably is just the little M10 saying "get out fattys" :P
