Just wiring my CD multi changer up but the thick lead from the head unit to changer has a thin wire along side it,
Do i earth this wire or does it need to be live?
Head unit end its just an open wire, at the changer end it plugs into the changer then on the same plug a wire comes out open to either earth or live
