totally dumb

Does anyone have any pictures they could post of how the entire glovebox area goes back together. I have a bracket that has the glovebox light attached which screws onto the front of the dash but supposed to be attached to the same bracket is a VDO box with a large blue plug and I just cannot see how it all fits in under there. I removed and reinstalled the dashboard and this is the last remaining bit to go back and i am totally stumped. Pics would be gratefully received of this area in one piece.

I don't have any pics, but I know exactly what you are talking about.

I also had a right old job getting it back in place. It's very tight, but it will fit back in with a bit of work. The VDO box is the cruise control module by the way.

Thanks Ian..maybe someone will have a pic I just can't do it. Thank you for telling what it was also..cruise control. Makes me hate it even more...

I was feeling so virtuous at completing such a tedious task and to fall at the last hurdle has been character building.

Bump..anyone have a pic of this cruise control module in situ within the glovebox area. Please..really need to reassemble this car and just can't work out it's position.
