The 320i rear wheel arches really are pretty bad, anyone know the best place to get some replacements (as the local BMW dealer only sells the whole rear panel) and got any tips for welding in the new ones. I have some welding and fabrication experience but not much on thin metal and cosmeticjobs. Another option would be someone who could do the job cheaply especially as I don't have spray painting facilities - any ideas?

Have you got any pictures? My way to deal with it is to cut out the old, get some metal and weld it in replace, filler it up and into shape... If you can fill you shouldn't have any problem making it look perfect... Then take it to be painted up somewhere..

But i'm sure someone else can recommend something different. I just prefer to do all the work myself to save cash...
