s50 exhaust diameter

can anyone tell me what size exhaust pipe the s50 3ltr engine needs to be for a twin tube system and also a single pipe system thanks

Do you mean the primary tubes or after the collectors where the flexi pipe is?

I would recommend against a single pipe system as the S50 engines are very sensitive to how well the exhaust gases exit, any meddling with the system can have massive effects on the performance.

Standard systems have the 6 branch, then into a x pipe and then into a twin pipe system.

I cannot recall what diameter the pipes are on the system, but i would guess they are at least 2.5"

yes after the flexi to the back box. i have a 2.5" fitted ,just thought a two into one would be neater,but not sure what size it would have to be in the single part thanks
