320i idling @ 1500 and searching ???

Hello,

i start the car and it immediately goes to 1500rpm and then fluctuates up and down around that number, once engine warm fluctuation is worse........what could cause this to happen ??

Any advice welcome.......cheers

Air leak, Get looking round the inlet side, Including where the manifold meet's the head.

And use some wd40 or simular as when it hit's the gap the engine will run normal for a moment.
