Vinyl door card repair

G'day, Anyone have any tips for repairing vinyl door cards. Recently purchased a set of houndstooth door cards to match my sports seats in great condition except for one ciggy burn about the size of my little finger in the rear arm rest
These trims are pretty rare around these parts so heading to the scrappy for another isn't an option.
Here's the damage:

Fill it with foam and recover just that section of trim panel perhaps.

The door card might dismantle and make it possible to change just that black panel section with another door card. Or is it all stuck together and impossible to separate?

I have the bottom of the old door card, also black and in good nick.

You are welcome! Sometimes it hard to see the wood from the trees. I was faffing around the other day with some car wiring and completely forgot a little testing technique I had used just the week before on another car... only realised the next day... doh...

You could get a smart repair done on that, infact you can buy a kit from frost and do it yourself, you can even restore the grain in to it.

Got one of these and they work remarkably well. Very easy to match colour (especially black)and texture and the adhesive shrinks slightly as it cures leaving the repair taut.
I can well recommend. I did a couple of large and several small repairs and have plenty left to do a few more if necessary
