I recently changed the air flow meter thinking that was the problem but after 2 days with no drama's the problem is back. It just wont idle on start up but when driving and coming to a stop all dash lights come up and stalls.
Now I have checked most things but I have heard a number of possible culprits.
1. Idle control valve
2. Fuel filter/fuel pump
Just been out in the car and idle was perfect and coming to the lights was perfect as well.
Someone please help
keeps on stalling

The most likely culprit is the TPS, or its adjustment.

Just a little update. Got a friend of mine round and he reckons that because I had a new front exhaust and changed the AFM it needs to be mated properly. Need to take it to an mot place and check the Co2 levels!!!
Sounded like an idea so going to try that.....

Just got mine back from the mechanics and it was the Idle Control Valve that needed cleaning out, seems to be working better now
