Depends, BMW is more expensive than pattern parts however some pattern parts like wings don't ever fit right, the doors and bonnets are ok though.

£108 for 2 wings when i bought mine from SEAT yes SEAT lol.... havnt tried for size yet though..

I've been getting a new front wing fitted on my sport and the bodyshop guy (who rebuilt his own 1990 Sport) said it'll cost about the same to use a bmw wing instead of an aftermarket one as he always needs more time to make the aftermarkets fit, if they fit at all. I went for the bmw option.....

BMW are going to be very expensive, as said above look for a doner car and get the panels you need from there, try to find a doner car from a breakers yard or look on gumtree,pistonheads ...........

Found a good place now, Sutton auto factors (supplied by hadrian) £30 for a full length near side cill for my 2 door. going to cut it down abit as only about a 3rd of the cill has rotted, will need my dads help for the welding.
