This is the only info i know about it.....

"If you turn the ignition to the accessory position, you should be able to see a tiny hole at the end of the ignition cylinder. Push a piece of stiff wire into the hole. That should release the cylinder and it should slide right out."

Some come out easy, some are total fucking arses, but basically, turn the key to position 1 and insert your chosen pointy thing into the hole which should release the barrel.
Ive always found a 1mm drill to work, also used nails and wire

IVE DONE IT IVE DONE IT IVE DONE IT!!!! lol, basically turn your key all the way clockwise, then push a wire in with a 5mm little bend in the end (i used a hairclip as explained in one of the videos). push it in little hole about an inch (you will have to move it in and out slightly till you feel its right) then turn ket anti-clockwise until it stops (just after ignition 2)then rotate wire anti clockwise about 180 degrees, really hard to explain but i did it in the end. if you are taking the old one out of a scrap car or scrap steering column disc cut the bulge that it locks into on top then hammer off,you can then practice on this one to get the technique spot on,thats what i did! i'll put some pics on. thanks for all ya help
