I just did this the other day mate so heres basically whats held on.

This isnt maybe in the best order im just gonna real it off.

(Probably best first) jack the car up at the front a little, get under the front arches and take off the 8mm bolts on the black plastic on the arches.Dont worry about taking the whole things off, as long as the bolts are off.

Then you will have to take the gril and headlight grills off (2 screws on each and some clips) in order to get to to bolts (10mm i think) on either side, you will see if you get under the car, but the only easy way is to take the grills off.

Then you will have 2 bolts at the bottom of the valance that attach onto the big metal sqaure tubing right at the front. Basically pop the little plastic duct thing off the front of the valance and you will see 2 bolts.

The you will have to take the main bumper off.

You will need to get some star, or alan keys to do this, not sure on size. And theres two large bolts on the bottom of the bumper, youl see them!. Then the bumper should just pull off.

Put that to one side.

Then get back under each wheel arch, and look up towards the front wing, there should be two bolts with large washers, they are 10mm, undo them, then the last two bolts will be where the wing joings the valance, right under the headlight, the thin metal strip that runs under the grill etc.

Then it should just prise out, best with 2 people as the wings need to be carfeully poped out where the valance touches them.

Sorry if its a bit random!

4 bolts along the bottom, 1 on each side and 5 plastic clips between the valance and bumper. Its dead easy.
Mines off at the moment so I can get to the oil cooler easier.

The bolts are where the arrows are, Ive only done one side, but you get the idea....
