I reckon the general thought is the H&R cup kit is the best with a 60/40mm drop. You can get them through the zone for just over Ԛ£300.

if 80 or 100 was possible people would do it and use 19's and say they handle well i expect

Too true

Someone had a cab lowered 80mm on Azev A's, looked good but not sure about the handling :?

I'm running an 80 / 60 drop on the track car... no rubbings with 14's all the way up to 17's...

FK coilovers at the front and Spax 60mm at the rear with FK matching shocks.

im 60 up front and 40 on the rear. On a mixed setup. Id seriouslly say, either stay higher than that, or get a good quality kit like the Cup kit if you want to drift. Kits like my bodge budget one hold on in the corners, but trying to get the arse out it bottums out and bobs around in the dry, and in the wet i have some moments where the rear snaps out as its so stiff and dosnt give all that well

i'd have to agree with the general info on here, a 60/40 mm drop (front/rear) should give you a decent ride, slightly better handling, and little or no clearance/camber issues

by all accounts the H&R cup kit is excellent, alternatively GSF do a 35mm all round kit for Ԛ£60ish +vat (springs only)

The GSF kit is BOGE springs, and it's more like a 40mm drop. Two of the guys that work at my local GSF have these springs on their E30's and they sit pretty well.

The GSF kit is listed as not suitable for a 318iS .......
