If anyone can shed any light on this I'll send you a months supply of

!
My car has all the symptoms of low fuel pressure - it has done (on and off) ever since I put the M50 in it.
When I take off a high pressure fuel hose all I get is a trickle - even if I've bridged the fuel pump relay 10 seconds before hand!
I have tried the following
- 3 fuel pumps
- 3 FPRs
- Fuel rail + injectors
and there are no leaks!

Now driving an E46 320D touring

, but it get's worse..... the new project is going to be Ford powered!

no need to worry about the fuel being paid for.. there'll be no money to pay for it at the rate Dan is swilling them.
I know what's wrong.
Bollocks to this 24v scrap!

something silly but have you changed the fuel filter? If you have is it wrong way round? Is the fuel line blocked? Have you tried a length of fuel line(seperate from the one on the car) from the pump to the fuel rail ?
if there wern't people like me,
with cars like mine,
who would you put down to make yourself feel better?

I have tried a new fuel filter on it and it is the right way 'round! But it made no difference!
I've bridged the fuel pump relay with the fuel rail disconnected and it poors out fuel so I'm sure there is no blockage in it.

Just pinched the return hose and tried it. I have pressure if I do that. Can it be possible that I've tried 3 faulty FPRs?

Lol no! The car runs fine 50% of the time - rest of the time it's a pain in the butt!
Just tried driving it with mole grips on the fuel return and it was a bit better! Going to try ANOTHER FPR tomorrow I think!

it's because Dafs has a very small right foot and isn't operating the big pedal on the right in accordance with the m50 driving rules part 3.4 of the 2nd edition 2009

Think you should be made to eat that fuel rail and FPR after such a comment. How am I ever going to sleep tonight knowing you've said that
Just watch out for my dust in the meet next Sunday
