e30 m44 into e30 m42

can anyone tell me what is the procedure of fitting a m44 into a m42 e30. are the engine mounts the same an what about wiring?

Mounts, sump will deff need changing, E30 inlet manifold would be better as it gives slightly better torque, the wiring is meant to be a tad on the 'fun' side too.
