The Mrs has just about killed another set of rears on her E46!
We've had the car a year and in that time its had one full set of Pilot Exaltos in the first week, then another set of rears and the new rears have just come up as an advisory on the MOT - they are within 1mm of illegal. Two sets of 245/40/17 rears in 12 months! I'm sure she's tracking it on the quiet. Is there a way of installing a limiter??
It has just had new disks/pads on the front so if they go in the next year she's getting a smartcar...
WTF? She's done it again!

She is an international weapons smuggler. All those heavy gun chests in the boot.

Miles for a minute I thought it was going to be another rear ended BMW!
Have they worn evenly across the tread, if so, it must be her driving
Remove the DSC button, after it has been locked on.

Even wear across the tread and ASC is on. I can't decide if I'm pissed off that she has spent more in rubber than I spent buying my E30 or whether I'm chuffed at the fact that she can absolutely wring its neck. Its not slow, being a 330. Then again, her boss has her on the insurance of his SLK 550 AMG, maybe she's trying to tell me something!
Well, at least she's buying the tyres - but she blames me for recommending "such an expensive car to run".
Now I understand why she was complaining about the fuel on the 540i while I was quite happy at 27mpg
