My driver side brake is sticking.....Its a disc brake..Will this be a problem with the handbrake by any chance?.When i start the car i get a check light for the brakes on my dash is this normal?I have taken the caliper off and prized the pads apart and sprayed brake cleaner into it but there was no diffrence
btw its rear disc
HELP please :(

if a calipers siezing remove the caliper from the sliding carrier and grease the rods behind the rubber boots. its more likely that than the piston sticking.
