Not been around for a little while as my immediate plans for the 320 took a back seat.

After a hgf and then driving 2000+ miles (i was on a charity rally across europe ;) ) the 320 lump was pretty knackered. Although, it still ran suprisingly well!

Now the tourer is sitting on Beckton, East London being worked on by Syed, who is swapping out the 2-0 lump for an early 2-5 hi-comp lump that's said to have had some head work mated to a motronic loom. We are keeping the 320 box so she should sprint nicely!

She'll be chipped and run a k&n CAI, with an m30 afm if i can source one cheap.

Can't wait to get the old girl back, now with more power, and put a fair few miles back on her.

We need to get her fully sorted & checked before next years rally! (www.scumrun.com)

Sounds good fella.

You won't need an m30 afm at all, it won't make a difference. and don't use a power sapping k&n cone.

Good luck with it all.

Keep the updates comming and somw pic's too.

I read somewhere (although I can't find it on the zone?) that the m30 afm was a good upgrade on the 2-5?

I've already got a K&N cone that was given to me in preparation of the 2-5 arrival. I've got a few ideas around the proper old insulated diy CAI - surely properly greased this will be better than the OEM airbox?

I'll be checking the ECU to see what chip is in it. If it's OEM than a new chip will be sourced as well!

I'll get some piccies up as soon as she's back but here's a little reminder...

Before the Scumball3000 rally in Bristol the day we collected her-

and After in sunny West Surrey some 2000+ miles later and much better travelled within Western Europe -

the stanard airbox is proven the best of any you can put on.
