The 150,000 miler, as it'll be cheaper and mileage doesn't matter, especially with FSH. Only 4 owners also a big bonus.... :)

As above really. Have a good look around. Look under the bonnet @ every pipe etc, see if the little things have been changed, get a feel for the owners enthusiasm and drive them both and then decide which one you feel has been loved the most.:?

yep! that's what I would do. Doesn't matter how many previous owners the car had. You can have a two owner car and the second one beeing a prick.

I bought mine with 6 or 7 previous owners in the log book. No regrets since. Price needs to match condition.

Does it really matter that mcuh how many owners its had? Once its gone passed 1/2/3 then I would havbe thought that most people wouldn't care, unless its like 30 or something...

Condition is by far the most important

so overall would a car with eight owners put you off buying it even though it was a tidy car. its just with some people its mileage and with some its owners. thanks!

no. my old dolphin grey 325i (the pretend SE) had 8 owners before me, and that was in decent shape! the 325iSE that ive just broken had 4 owners and was a dog.

on a neutral note, the sport ive thrown Ԛ£6k at was a dog with 190k and 14 owners, and i still bought it. just goes to show that if you fall for a car, you cant do much about it. just buy the one you fall for, and if you dont fall for either, dont buy either!

i still wish i hadnt sold my dolphin grey 325. i loved that car with a passion! im stupid for getting rid of it. oh well, my loss is missy30's gain.

on my sport i am the 6th owner and that was on 66k in 2004 so goes to show there are no trends with milege owners and all that ball bags. It's luck of the draw with owners i got lucky with the previous 5 doing a very good job!

As said 2 owners ones a wally and thats how the turds appear
