On mine i did, plugs, oil+filter, fuel filter,air filter, diff oil (need two new washers), and g/box oil.
Coolant or brake fluid if they're due.
On an m20 you also want to do valve clearances.
Also, if you want to give it the proper check over like the main dealer checklist, check - lights, seatbelts, interior lights, washers, wheels/tyres, springs+dampers, remove+service brakes, then check for anything worn/corroded/leaking on the underside.
Think thats about it, bound to have forgotten something though, thats what the checklist is for!!
