Hi

Could anyone please tell me how to remove the crank.

I have taken off the pistons and all the 'things' holing the crank in. Un done the front bolts and the cover is loose, but cannot remove it due to the toothed timing pulley.

Please help!

Aah, if you haven't taken the timing pulley off, you can't have taken the oil seal housing off either and this needs to be unbolted and knocked off it's dowels before you can lift the crank.

If you can still see this then you need to undo the little 6 bolts in the pulley and then gently tap it off with a hammer.

Then you'll see this:

Hope that helps.
