If youve got a strong motor,(good to get the head checked, and make sure its all ok inside) then i cant see a problem with a small amount of NOS, say 50bhp. Id set it up so that once you arm the system, not only can you press a button, but you can rig it up so that when your foots hard down it lets some out. So it only works when your giving it some'

i ran 70ish bhp on the 2.5. it had done bout 90.000 miles. i used it pritty much consent 4 6 months givin it death and my old 2.5 is still goin strong andthe guy is chuffed to bits with it, he ait runnin the noz but i give that engine some shit and its still going strong. i would not advise going over 70 bhp though. i put the 50bhp kit on 1st then got the guy at thor racing to balance the fuel and noz jets, which was around 70bhp.
GO FOR IT!!!

Where's Craigieeb when you need him?
He was running nos on his 320 before the timing belt snapped and is planning on putting the system on his shricked and ported 2.5.
He has a micro switch on the throttle so it operates on "kickdown".

It's not an auto is it? Cause that would be one hell of a kickdown!Widge wrote:He has a micro switch on the throttle so it operates on "kickdown".
Or do you mean it works like a kickdown. Either way is good tho.
