I was just wondering if its possible to cut out the ski hatch section in a cab, I know this will cause flex in the chasis but if I was to weld in some support bars going across the hatch it should be ok?

Or if i was to attach a rear strut brace to increase the stiffness of the chasis instead of welding in support bars?

don't think you can add a rear strut brace to a cab and as there is no centre armrest where would the hole be
