Part numbers for bushes to sort gearbox sloppiness

Hi,could you give me the part numbers for the bush kit to sort the 'spoon in a bowl' feel in my gearbox

5 speed 1984 E30

I am not sure if the short shift kit I supply will fit your car as it is pre 09/85 hopefully some one will come along as tell me otherwise
