318i cab help!

hi everyone the cab we just bought drove really nice but as my dad always dous he wanted it serviced and timing belt changed, so he had it done and it drove like shit, no power n misfiring, then the garage said change the lamda sencor and ht leads, did that but still no joy. then we had to change the air flow meter, better now but still not right, wen we bought the car u couldn't tell the engine was running now its quite loud and its hunting for revs, any ideas??? the afm was seccond hand btw

did he time up the engine correctly when changing the timing belt???

id be checking the timing marks etc, did u dad mark it up?? check his markings.
