Hello, i'am from Portugal and a very big fan of bmw,i have a bmw 316i m40 engine i was tinking to put a turbo on im, a t3 system a remaping the ECU to the motor stay stock,i want too have a nice a very light wheels too, any sugestion? who can i put more speed to the car????

hay mate, the best thing for you to do is replace the engine with a 318is engine. Its a really easy swap and the engine will not cost more than 500-600 euro. I have a 316i and Iv given up the idea of turbo charging it. It wont take the pressure. It would cost at least 2000 to turbo charge it and the result would still not make a fast car.
The 318is engine is great. With very cheap and simple mods it will make about 150bhp. If you do want more power from the 316i a nice mod is a chip for the ECU. Anything else is a waste of money!
