What options of an LSD do I have for the above car please?

What donor cars can i find a suitable LSD from?

Tricky one, you'd be better off on the e36coupe/bmwowner whatever it is forum. It's a 168 diff like the e30 but in a different casing, plus you have a 1:1 fifth. If you can't find an original e36 318is 168 diff (rare), you'd prob have to find an e30 m3 diff (also 1:1 fifth), then rehouse in a 188 e36 diff housing, then you'd have to swap some 6 pot e36 bits on yours like driveshafts. If you're on about running a load more power, you'd prob get away with a 6 pot e36 diff, like the 3.15 from the 3l m3 and 325 which would be less work and cheaper.

The issue i have is, finding a good UK based e36 forum, lol.
