Started off at the beggining of the year, I bought a Bmw E30 325 on a F Plate...
I was quite lucky the body only has one issue and thats a bit of accident damage on the rear wing which was filled with polyfiller
. So that needs to be cut out and sorted...Basically the rest of the car was great, the lsd is in great condition as well as the rest of the body there isnt a issue anywhere else on the body...
Naturally the thing needed a overhaul, new bushes etc, but also a new radiatior as the fan once in its life had been rubbing against this!
But anyway, I took it off the road as I was going to completely rebuild it and track prepare it...
My mate pops over whos heavily into his Vw mk2's, an mentions that hes got a set of bike carbs that i can use, so trawling through ebay I manage to pick up another set (Gsxr) complete for £16...bargain...
However talking to people it was huge effort to get the thing to run on BC unless i went down the route of megasquirt...which in turn would make more sense going for FI throttle bodies......
So looking around notice turbo brown was splitting his engine so i got the throttle bodie set up from him....However it only took two days untill i was back there asking about the complete set up!
So here i am now..picked up the megasquirt and Alexs engine.....
Whats left is a huge jigsaw puzzle of putting parts together...

THe rest of the shopping list is intercoolers, bigger oil cooler, and all the little bits!
I picked up a set of Compomotive MO 5 spokes from the local scapper for £100! the just need some tlc but are perfect no cracks buckles etc etc!
