after market gauge fitting for m42

i have bought 2 tims guages for my is and am unshere what fittings to get foe a mecanical oil temperture gauge and water temerature and where to put them can any one help???????? pm back please

Not to helpfull i know but tims gauges arnt the best in the world, i bought a full set and wasnt impressed with the accuracy. they also came last in a group test redline did on guages, just a though before yo ugo to all the trouble of instlling them.

i swopped mine for a VDO set from an Audi 80 sport
