if you can get a friend to listern to it as u turn the wheel on the spot .
if you hold the revs of the engine faster and turn the wheel and it gets faster sound of howling i would guess that its the pump .
a guess . but if you can hold the rack or pump and turn and it feels like its the one making the noise
this is wat i would do anyway!
