If all fuses are ok, then if you have a multimeter or test light then check that you have a constant live, an ignition live and an earth. The constant live does memory backup so wont stop the stereo working, but you must have a good live and earth. Earth is normally black on the iso, battery feed red or yellow and ignition feed red. If youve lost one then suspect a break in the loom. if all else fails run your own wiring from ignition swith and battery.

TO GET YOU OUT OF TROUBLE YOU COULD JUST POWER UP STRAIGHT FROM THE BATTERY FOR BOTH MEMORY AND POWER FEEDS, BUT THIS WOULD MEAN THAT THE STEREO WOULD HAVE TO BE TURNED OF MANUALLY EVERY TIME YOU STOP THE ENGINE, NOT IDEALL IF YOU FORGET AS YOUD HAVE TO JUMP THE CAR THE NEXT DAY. SO THE IGNITION SWITCH IS THE BEST OPTION. SO RUN ONE WIRE FROM THE POSITIVE OF THE BATTERY WITH AN IN LINE FUSE OF 15 AMPS AND CONNECT THAT TO THE ISO LEAD MARKED +12. RUN A WIRE FROM THE BLACK CABLE OF THE ISO TO A GOOD BODY EARTH. THEN TRACE THE MAIN WIRING MULTIPLUG FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH LOCATED UNDER THE STEERING WHEEL. IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY THE BLACK YELLOW IS THE IGNITION ON FEED, BUT CHECK WITH A TEST LIGHT, CONNECT YOU TEST LIGHT LEAD TO EARTH AND TOUCH INTO THE BLACK YELLOW WIRE WITH THE OTHER END, TURN THE IGNITION ON, IF IT LIGHTS UP YOUR IN BUSINESS. IF YOU DONT HAVE A TEST LEAD YOU CAN MAKE A SIMPLE ONE WITH TWO PIECES OF WIRE AND A BULB. CONNECT ONE OF THE WIRES TO ONE SIDE OF THE BULB, AND THEN THE OTHER WIRE TO THE OTHER TERMINAL OF THE BULB, A H7 IS PARTICUARLLY GOOD AS YOU CAN USE SPADES TO CONNECT THE WIRES. ONCE YOUVE FOUND THE IGNITION WIRE CONNECT INTO THAT AND RUN TO THE STEREO ONCE AGAIN WITH AN IN LINE 15 AMP FUSE. BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY. THEN CONNECT THIS WIRE TO ISO WIRE THAT SAYS IGN +. ONCE THIS IS DONE YOU SHOULD HAVE SOUNDS. IF YOU NEED ANY MORE HELP JUST LET ME KNOW OR EMAIL ME YOUR ADDRESS AND I'LL TRY AND SEND SOME PHOTOS/WIRING DIAGRAMS.
