hey guys,

cant any of you help. My beloved M535 has blown a baffle in the center kidney shaped silencer and is rattling like a sod. I have been told i can either replace it with a straight pipe or I can just replace the section.. do any of you have a space silencer box or complete rear exhuast system for a 535?!? Please let me know cos the noise is driving me up the wall!

I had that on a rear box on my old capri... was a very strange noise when it vibrated at certain revs - took ages to work out what it was! "fixed" it with the aid of a long screwdriver; once all the bits had blown out the back I guess there was nothing left to rattle...

I will let you know about thebreakers as soon as possible. I left the details at home in Loughborough so I will get them posted tomorrow afternoon when I am back from Yorkshire again.
