intresting how you modded your manifolds, ive done mine a lil different to that but haven't got any pics 
i think it would be best for me to get a dyno reading before i start modding anyone elses manifolds. I should be in possession of some figures sometime next week. Anyone going to santa pod? we could catch up there and discuss things further!!!

Looks like a smashing installation... 
Just checking out your pics - your radiator looks a bit crispy unless it's a trick of the picture?? Might be worth replacing before you head off to a dyno - it looks to me like it won't flow much air and I would hate for you to cook your lump after all that work!!

I'd also get the rad changed before too long - the S50 gets very hot in an E30 engine bay!
Did you use a Clio brake servo and move it over? There looks to be more than enough room.
