what i do now is fill up through the top rad hose with the front of the car lifted till the rad is full, put the top hose on and just inside the rad filler bottle you will see a hole.put your finger over the hole and squeeze the lower rad hose on the passenger side till all the air bubbles have gone keeping an eye on the coolant and filling the bottle up when needed, best to use hot water.

Fill both, air locks in the engine and heater matrix are the most difficult to remove

right bit of a jump!
shes on the road!
there are a number of reasons i want to torch the thing though!
i have a very slight leak from my rad under pressure, this is annoying!
i have a very strange flat spot, on an indicated 5500 rpm (about 3000 i think with the correct tacho chip) regardless of throttle there is no torque, then, without a change in revs, after about 3 seconds, it pulls like a train. it only does this after a prolonged run around this rpm, or after ragging it
it also wont idle when warm, cuts out at junctions and such,
im guessing i have an air leak or a duff icv?
i also have a slight oil leak, i think from the sump plug, and a vibration from the prop as ive used different halfs
on the upside ive just had my exhaust done by infinity bristol and its gorgeous!
the saga continues! but feck me when it goes it goes dont it!

Fairly sure they're exactly the same part.
