Hi Paul,

It's the collectors wax mate, The concourse is the red one, I got confused on my DW post

Highly recommend the stuff tho, So easy to apply. The detailig spray is nice too, I used it for a quick wipe down after washing, But it is a little expensive at £13 for 16oz so I use last touch for general mark removal ect.

Will try the soap they do too when I have finished all the Chemical guys stuff.

Trust me you can. I polished a fucking oxidised purple peace of shit corsa to something that resembles blue...ish again. The joys of getting rid of the other halfs turd

Bloody hell d6dph, that's some collection you have there! The only cleaning products i have are t-cut, turtlewax, and the autoglym poilishes. Was thinking where you actually use all that stuff. Rate you for allt those cleaning products you use and how much care you take to keep your car looking mint, wish i could afford all that stuff to clean my car....

paul good start mate, but the meguairs trim detailer can be nasty if you dont rub it in to the trim throughly and then buff it off.

Oh yes always. I dont have a big pad but all the electrics and plumbing go up through the garage so I have light, water and power. Just not a lot of space

Erm, I probably sound like a real novice here - I love cleaning the car properly and am just getting into the swing of things having picked up a good but slightly neglected 325i 1991 Diamondschwarz recently.

I have always thought that Auto Glym is good and have recently picked up the official Car Care expert's guide too. But none of the 'pros' here seem to have these products. Is there a GOOD reason for this - Auto Glym nust be good right?

i've always used it, and like all products some will hate it some love it. i've used it for many years and if used correctly the results can be very good. the only complaint is that the resin polish can leave a lot of dust, but if used the right way its minimal.

Yes I have noticed that about the SRP. But I am confused as to the difference/suitability of the Super Resin Polish compared to the Ultra Deep Shine, which is specifically recommended for dark metallics; but Auto Glym's information about using the two together is non-existent and quite ambiguous. Any ideas? Or is the the wrong thread and should I start another?
