Thats it exactly then matey -i thought it was a tad odd that instead of friendly helpful chirpy Paul (you), i was treated to disinterest and a lack of help bordering on bad mannered, hence the above.

My apologies to you as i totally forgot it was rally time, and i must say that incident aside the service from you and the team at cheltenham has been outstanding
