whats the difference in throw reduction between the 1.9 and the 2.8?

i bought my 325 from a guy in newcastle who had put the 1.9 z3 shift in it.
i had both a standard 320 and got this 325 with short shift and its perfect!!!

the y guy i bought it from said he was going for the 2.8 version, shorter, stiffer and more dirrect.
i think you would get used to either but the sooner you get the short shift in the better!!!

p.s i just bought jemax shocks and springs! oh joy

someone showed this in a picture a while pack,,, do a search, they compare all the short shifters availible,,, being in a car with a short shift (not mine) it is immensly better!

not too expensive iirc, and not too demanding in terms of technicals, im sure stu can be a hero again and help out. (sorry stu!)
