i bought some front grills from him all the way over from canada. they didn't come so i mentioned it to him through this website. he provided me a reciept photograph in a private message that showed they were mailed. he asked me to let him know if they come at all in the next week or so but they didn't. he refunded me the ENTIRE amount without me even asking for it. top notch.
