I just ended up ordering additional hose so I could replace all of it. From BMW, I expect. Probably from Cotswold BMW.
The original style of washer hose is still made and widely available. I bought a few metres online several weeks ago, albeit in a larger size.

I used the repair kit today to fix the resevoir bottle sensor. The service kit is NLA.
